Back orders and/or out-of-stock items:
We try to keep our website updated with current availability information however, sometimes an item may be temporarily unavailable and not noted. Your packing slip will note items that may be on back order or out-of-stock. All items will ship immediately once they are back in stock.
Orders placed within the United States:
Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days via UPS ground.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the earliest possible ship date. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days if your order falls within a holiday. Expect 4 to 6 weeks for all special orders. If you need your order rushed we can quote you an additional rush fee. Please e-mail us at info@simpliciteinc.com with any special requests and we will always do our best to meet your expectations.
Canadian and International orders:
Canadian orders have a transit time of 7 to 10 days. For all Canadian and International orders a shipping surcharge of $20.00 US dollars applies. Simply True Inspirations, inc. is not responsible for tariffs for additional taxes imposed by Canada or other International countries.
UK and Australia orders:
Ground shipping to UK an additional surcharge of
$50.00 US dollars applies.
Ground shipping to Australia an additional surcharge of
$ 65.00 US dollars applies.
Upgraded Shipping Charges in the USA:
To upgrade to Next Day shipping in the USA please add
an additional $35.00 to your purchase.
